Manappat Group, a diversified business conglomerate operating in Middle East and India with different company brands with business interests. They were looking at a corporate rebranding exercise that would consolidate all businesses under the one business group brand and bring a certain amount of synergy & leverage on the group strengths as well as individual businesses strengths. Going beyond superficial corporate “change for sake of change”,to a larger change and therefore alignment to a larger business purpose, culture and values.
